How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Princess Mentee is my name and I lived in Nagbo town with my husband. Before GD came to my community, I have been surviving on farming which has been very challenging for me especially when I'm schooling. However, I was able to renovate my room with the previous transfer. Lastly, I have started a small business with the second transfer as another source of income and I want to say thanks to Give Directly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The commercial motorcycle my spouse is riding in Buchanan to sustain himself in school and send a portion of the money he raised to me for my upkeep in the district is so old that it gives him lots of repair problems.
If I am qualified to receive the cash transfer, I will purchase a new motorcycle for my spouse to have a smooth riding condition.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Due to the lack of high schools in this district, my spouse has to move to Buchanan to attend school. This made him visit me after a long stay in Buchanan. Whenever he comes for visit, I get so happy and feel protected that my fiancee is with me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My spouse is currently in the port city of Buchanan riding a commercial motorcycle while attending school, and I am here in the rural area attending school because we both can't live in Buchanan due to the challenge of inadequate cash to maintain both of us in the city.
