What did you spend your third transfer on?
Paying school fees has been my greatest challenge and seeing my children home while school is in session used to pain me as a parent who makes peasant income and the way out was just impossible hence I spent the larger part of my third transfer on paying school fees for my four children who are in high school 20,000 KES and the other four who are in primary school 10000 KES and now I have a peace of mind for a while despite the long journey ahead. What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current biggest hardship has been raising my children, my husband got physically challenged and couldn't provide man power so I have to work extra hard to ensure that my children receive all the basic needs required for life.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I'm with friends and making stories together.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
It means that my charcoal business shall grow bigger and I'll be able to do supply to many people, I had plans of fencing my farm to avoid animals from destroying my farm produce and I see them being fulfilled with the money at hand.
