What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used some money to pay school fees for y child in high school I paid his fees because I had arrears and because I saw that am not going to get any money from the future so when I received this transfer I decided to pay his fees.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building an iron roofed at 40,000 KES then paid 10,000 KES school fee for my child in high school after adding some of my money to the rest of the cash.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that am no longer being rained on as before now that I have a decent house. I also managed to admit my child into high school easily without much struggle financially as it would have been were not for GiveDirectly.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent half of my first transfer on paying school fees for my child in secondary school so that he is able to stay in school without any interference. The other half was spent on buying iron sheets for a house I am yet to build because the current one is in a poor condition.

I was at my market place when I received my money and I felt very grateful.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to spend my transfer on paying school fees for my son who is going to join form one next year. I also plan to spend part of the transfer to build a house because this one is too small for my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is that I am a poultry famer.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was losing my husband. Earning a living as a single mother isn't easy.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when selling doughnuts.
