How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
First of all I would like to thank this organisation for enrolling me in this kind of program. To be honest yes, I have goals I didn't have before receiving this transfer. Apparently my main occupation is farming and for the past years I have been falling to cultivate much crops because of inadequate farm inputs. When I got enrolled in this program I saw it as an opportunity to invest much in my farming. I have managed to secure 2 bags of fertilizer. I know this wouldn't have been possible if Give Directly didn't give me an opportunity to receive these transfers. I have also thought of renovating my house and in addition to the farming inputs, I have bought 6 bags of cement which will be used to plaster my house. Once again thank you GiveDirectly for the transfers. Receive my gratitude.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion this organisation has exhibited an exceptional job beginning from the enrollment process up to us receiving both of our transfers I really don't have anything to complain.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With my second transfer, I have used half of it which is about K150,000 to invest in farming. So far, I have managed to buy fertilizer and improved seeds. I plan to do everything inorder to harvest much crops come next year. With the other half, I have bought house building materials such as cement, frames and wooden doors which will be used during the renovation of my house and I can't wait to have a well built resilient house.
