What does receiving this money mean to you?
"On June 22, 2019, I lost my beloved husband Rickey Davis to the cold hands of death.
Since then, I've been struggling with the children.
My husband and myself had our five children before his death.
Our first daughter is completing high school at the end of this month.
Now, my major worry is sending her to the university because my greatest joy would be seeing my daughter enrolling out of the country's university.
Therefore, I'm beyond excited about this cash transfer from Give Directly because, it will be used in enrolling my first daughter to the university!
I'm also going to use a portion of the money to build another house so as to have it under rent.
I believe that with the income from the tenants, I will raise enough money to send the rest of my children to school."
