What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I constructed a kitchen, dug and built a latrine. These are some of the things I lacked most in my life and it was that embarrassing.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because, I no longer rely on open defecation this means that my sanitation has improved a lot and I don't need to be worried of contracting cholera anymore. Again, currently, I have a kitchen as opposed to before when I used to cook in the open. This has improved my sanitation too.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what Give Directly does well is sending us money directly but it would consider employing more resilient staff who would be able to listen and adapt to all challenges in the field. Some of your staff are not resilient enough to cop up with the field challenges like non-participation.
