How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Well, there is nothing quite different from my previous goals that I  spent my first transfer on. When I received my initial transfer, I did part payment of my 5 children's tuition and started a big cassava garden. Four of my children are with my late husband's brother so I sent 16,000 towards their tuition. I also hired 10 manpower to brush my garden and used 7,000 to settle my debt and the rest was used on food. Similarly, I have planned to complete my children's school fees and hire another contractor to complete my cassava garden project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is doing great by giving us financial aid to help ourselves and that of our children. I will always feel fine and appreciate God for Givedirectly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I should receive this cash transfer, I will establish a business and send my children to school. I'm sure that if my kids are educated, life will improve for me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My greatest joy in the last six months has been the health of my children and I. I was seriously ill for almost four months, but praise God that I'm gradually recovering.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am a single mother of six children, due to the economic hardship I was compelled to send three of my six children to other relatives to live. My inability to provide for my family fully due to low access to cash is my major challenge.
