I remember back in 1962 when I was in primary school class seven when I fell sick.I was diaognised with tuberculosis and had to seek medication at Tenwek Mission Hospital. This medication did not help much and had to resort to traditional herbal medicine.I later realised I had a lung tumor and started medication using the same traditional herbalist. These health problem persisted for over ten years and hampered my ability to work in my farm.I felt that I wasted this years but all the same I thank God that I felt better and now seeing myself at this age is a blessing.

The achievement I am proudest of is being a farmer.I remember at one time when I was a pyrethrum farmer and used to get a lot of income from it.I bought cattle from the pyrethrum sales which later helped me take my four sons to technical colleges to add to the primary education they had.
