Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my cash transfer I was so excited and thankful as I never thought I would ever have such kind of money at once in my life. My children had no clothes but soon after I received my cash transfer I managed to buy them new ones and am very thankful.

The biggest difference in my life is that my children used to sleep without beddings as they had none but now with the transfer I managed to buy them blankets and they are sleeping comfortably and also as they had no clothes they ended up not going to school as they couldn't wear the same torn ones the whole term but now they are going to school everyday and am very thankful for being part of the programme.

After I received My cash transfer I managed to buy 2 wooden doors at 25 thousand kwacha each, 4 bags of cement at 7000 thousand kwacha each, a mattress at 37 thousand kwacha and a blanket at 22 thousand kwacha. The house I used to live in was not in a good condition and I had no money to improve it but now with the transfer I received from Give Directly have managed to improve it and am very thankful.
