How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
In the coming years, I want to complete my house so my family and I can have a descent place to sleep.

GiveDirectly staffs didn't accept anything from me when I got on this program and by receiving this money, I believed it's one of the good things that have ever happened in my life.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: Yes i do have a new goal.
I have been living in a hut and i have been living here for years because i could not afford to build a house of my own.
My biggest plan right now is to build a house of my own, since i received my first transfer i already started gathering my sticks for the construction of my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: Givedirectly is doing extremely well. In my opinion, i love givedirectly law of not taking or except gift of any kind from people in the community, because that way people won't feel or think it's because of the help they are giving us here.

RE: I am going to spend the most of my recent transfer on purchasing zincs and nails along with other building materials.
Leaving this hut to a potable and comfortable house with my family is my biggest dream right now.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received my first transfer from GiveDirectly I was feeling fine because getting food for my family was difficult and now I can easily get food.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan is to build a house for my family. The house we are in now is my father's kitchen that he give to me until life gets better for me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My greatest joy is today. Seeing myself to be registered on this program I believe God is using Givedirectly to take me from this hardship.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My wife and I have to work on others farm before eating because I do not have money to make my own farm inorder to take care of my day to day activities.
