Before GD could come in this town, my business was down and through Givedirect assistance I was able to get back on my feet and I completed my house construction and I am now continuing my business for the future when GD shall have left the town

Months ago, i used to do business but long time now the business collapsed. The reason why the business collapsed because, it was through this business that I was doing everything and no enough money to save. After receiving this transfer from give directly, it helps me a lot. This transfer helps me to do business with some of the money and do other things with some of the money.

I was happy because the money was plenty in my eyes and I have not seen such an amount of that money before

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The compound that I am in doesn't belong to me, therefore I want to build a compound for me and my family.
My spouse is not doing nothing for now, if I am successful, I will also invest in business through my spouse.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Only GD program has brought joy to me and my family. Form the beginning of this year, I been sick, but thank God I didn't die. I am happy for the gift of life as well.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Feeding my family is a serious challenge for me. My spouse is not working. We have two kids. This year I made a cassava farm, but it didn't do well. I later planted rice and I experienced the same. The soil is not fertile.
