What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer giving my husband 600,000 ugx since it was out family agreement with my co wives, I then used the balance to hire land for cultivation and cotributing to the repairs of my co wife and my house. I also used that transfer to cter for my health since it was deteriorating
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has done well by giving us free money to use as we pleased. GD also has done well by making all wives to a polygamous home get registered and not the man. I don't see anything it has not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had not recieved the transfer, my life would be very miserable but I am happy now that I got it. This is because my health, lifestyle and diet has greatly improved

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on a shared cost repairing my house as I contributed on buying iron sheets at 250, 000 ugx replacing the old ones that had been blown off by the strong winds and were leaking, contributed 50,000 ugx to buying a solor for lighting in the house. Since I am among the three wives, I contributed 500,000 ugx to my husband as earlier planned and also spent part of my transfer on boosting my business of buying and selling mud fish at 100,000 ugx. I also bought a few items like two matresses for my foster grandchild and myself at 65,000 ugx and 80,000 ugx respectively, blanket at 40,000 ugx and bedsheets at 20,000 ugx. I am keeping the balance to cater for the uncertainty .
