What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very happy to be considered in this program and my dream of starting a business will now be areality because of this money. I would like to start a shop where i will be having groceries. I believe i will be able to sustain my life with a shop even after you are done helping us. In addition i would like to buy cement to complete building the house. This is a great opportunity for me to improve my life
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last 6 months, i would say there has never been any funeral around my family. We all have survived during covid 19 pandemic and this has brought joy. A lot of people have lost relatives during this time but i am grateful this has not affected my family
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
One of the main problems i am facing at the moment is shortage of food. I find it hard to feed my family as i did not harvest much. Most of the times we only eat breakfast and supper. In addition, one of the children gets sick every now and then. We find it hard to be taking him to the hospital because we do have the money to use for transport.
