Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goals for the next four months is to save money to buy water tank for storing clean water. We walk for a longer distance to collect water.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have bought furniture and beddings. I'm a teacher and the salary I get is so small and it can only gather for the basic needs and school fees for my children in the university. My children have a nice place to sleep and the quality beddings which they had never had before. I'm so happy because our living standard has changed. I no longer shy away to welcome visitors like before .
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in that I will save money to clear school fees for my children.I will also have clean water and I will save time that I could have used to collect wait to do other jobs at home.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life is that I was able to pay full term fee for my children in school. They are able to stay in school and not be interrupted from learning as they have often been due to lack of fee - being sent home. I am normally stressed when they are home because their performance will be negatively affected as they are sitting for the national exam this year. I am now peaceful because they are in school and are learning continuously. Thank you for the transfer.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to be better - meet the basic needs of my family and have a peaceful household. I expect to get the things that we need such as food, without struggling because the funds that would have gone to school will be diverted to cater for enough food for the household. When there is enough, there is peace and nobody will complain and murmur often which happens when there is frequent lack. Our needs will be well-catered for.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different because I am peaceful. The psychological torture and stress that comes from seeing your children home due to lack of funds for fee is uninteresting. The burden is now lighter for me psychologically and I have peace of mind.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
I have been burdened with school fees for long. I thought it would be better to clear the fee instead of thinking of something new to spend the funds on. I can perhaps buy a calf but my main goal with even the next transfer is to pay school fee.
