How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I am very happy that this money has enabled me construct an iron sheet roofed house, and feeding has improved in that I can afford to change diet. Before, my family used to feed on one type of meal since there was difficult to get money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well sending us money directly to enable people to shift from grass thatched houses to build iron sheet roofed houses, pay school fees, buy livestock, and food. There's nothing it hasn't done well, in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy building materials such as cement, bricks, timber, sand, nails to build an iron roofed house, as well as buying food.
