How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I am happy to have acquired cultivation land, a wife to cook for me, and clothes that have improved my dressing. Before, I didn't have enough land to grow food crops, a wife to support me, and no clothes to look presentable in public.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well providing me with money that has enabled me marry a wife, and people in the village acquire household items like mattresses, clothes, utensils that they didn't have. There's nothing it hasn't done well, in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to pay pride price. For instance, paid cash of Ugx.700000, goats, cows, and meeting the cost of the occasion .

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, my standard of living has improved and I have been able to marry a wife hence am living a much more happier life.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money, I felt very excited and I spent two days enjoying myself before withdrawing the transfer from the phone.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a cow, to hire an acre of land and I'm planning to spent the remaining balance of the transfer to get more cattle that I will use for paying bride price.
