What does receiving this money mean to you?
First of all, as a village am very glad that this program has reached my village out of other equally qualifying villages. My plans are to build a small hut for my coming of age child,it is customary for parents to build a hut for their son at this age. The other money will go towards buying household items as well as extending my house as I receive many visitors due to my status as chief.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy whenever am exercising my authority towards the people of my village. However what makes me more happy are those times of the day when I visit my nearest mosque to pray.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is the burden of being the only child in my family. I have so much responsibility towards my own family and grandchildren too. If things get difficult, I have no siblings to seek assistance from.
