Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so excited and very grateful for the program.. The money was a great help to me and my household as it will be of help to improve and maintain my house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is that I will now be able to complete building my house and it will have iron sheets.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The recipient purchased 10 bags of cement which she is using to improve and maintain her house...She also purchased other building materials such as wires,glasses.. Some of the money was used to purchase kitchen utensils such as buckets and she also bought mattress and some beddings..

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money means a lot to me. I have been desiring to renovate my house but I have been failing because money was a challenge. I am grateful because with this transfer, I will be able to do so. I will also buy new beddings and mattresses so that my sleeping place can be comfortable. The money will also aid me to buy more and enough food.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy when I am at piece. I am at piece when I have enough food.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Money access is a challenge such that we are unable to buy enough food.
