How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
WE had no money for hospital and even feared bathing our sick kids. We hardly could afford soap. We did not expect iron sheets over our heads. see now. We are starting to build a brick house with iron sheets. Life looks new
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD has done well. I have been in a grass roofed house for long. Look, now we are to start the construction of our iron roofed house. i did not expect it this soon. GD does not dictate over the use of the money. That's good. People have bought solar panels and the village is all shining at night. Others have started businesses. Some enjoyed eating their money but for me am to construct the house. Thank you and all the people at GD.
I see nothing done unwell with GD. Am just thankful and happy.
