What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
We plan on spending this money on improving our house. We will buy iron sheets for the roof, cement for the floor and furniture such as beds and mattresses as well as clothes. Thereafter we will buy 10 bags of maize for food. This would be done instantly after receiving the money because we are afraid if we delay the cost of these things may also rise and we might not be able to afford them.
What is the happiest part of your day?
We find happiness in life when we are living in peace and nobody is sick in our household.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
As a household we are currently facing a number of challenges ranging from poor housing, lack of clothes and food. This house leaks whenever it rains and this brings us discomfort and restlessness. Additionally, we don't have any food stock left from our previous harvest and as such we rely on the bicycle cycling business which my husband, Jastin does and the returns from this are usually not enough to sustain us. He makes about 2$ a week and this doesn't help us meet our basic needs.
