How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I sleep so well on a bed and mattress, soon I will be completing my an iron roofed house and this gives me happiness. Before, I used to sleep with a mat on floor, and it's difficult to find grass these days that can be used for roofing.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well to give us money directly that has enabled building of iron sheet roofed houses, buy livestock, household items like mattresses; and there's nothing it hasn't done well in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy building materials such as cement, bricks, iron sheets to construct a house, household items like mattress and a bed, then food.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is being happy as I had never ever thought of having such money. Therefore, the thought and fact that I have it, makes me happy every day.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I felt happy that I had also got money. This money is going to help me have my own permanent house.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on securing building materials such as iron sheets, timber and bricks that I plan to use to start building. This will help me asbit has become difficult to get grass every year for renovating the grass thatched houses. I then bought some livestock such as pigs as a means of saving. When they grow, I can sell them and they generate money to cater for other needs.
