How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed in that, I started a produce business which has given me a peace of mind. These days I can meet my family needs such as medical with a lot more ease because my business generates enough money. Previously, I relied on borrowing loans in order to settle the family needs which made my life very difficult.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly according to me has did well by eliminating double beneficiaries and impostors from benefiting again. On the other hand, I haven't seen any thing bad that it has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my second transfer to buy stock for my business and paying the rent for my business.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is a peace of mind knowing that I have livestock to support life, which I didn't before.

That moment I realised money had been sent, I felt so happy because nobody can give such an amount to improve my livelihood.

My first transfer was spent to buy two bulls, clothes for children, and I hired cultivation land for two years.

I am happiest in the evening when I am at the centre with friends.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is poverty. Subsistence farming is what I do for a living and I do not have any other source of income.
