Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to start rearing sheep. I have already started saving towards this project and hopefully before four months elapses I will have bought two sheep. I decided to buy sheep because they are easy to manage. They also reproduce faster compared to other livestock. I believe that this is what will change my life. Once they have multiplied and increased in number, I will sell the offsprings and start a business.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have been using my transfers mainly on buying food and paying school fees for my children. Personally, my first priority is to make sure my family eats well. When I received this transfer from Give Directly I resolved that my family shall never stay without food unlike before when we used to miss some of the meals due to lack of funds. The fact that my family eats a balanced diet every meal is the biggest difference in my life.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
Currently, I don't expect any change in the next six months because I want to concentrate on sheep raring. Since this was my initial goal and I haven't achieved it, I plan to continue saving to ensure my sheep raring project is fully established. I believe it will help me to be financially stable in the near future.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Within the past four months, my wife and I have managed to bring our transfers together and cleared all the school fees that were owed by our children in their various schools. This was a very huge problem for us because we never wanted them to be sent away from school due to delayed school fees payment which gave us a lot of pressure. We are quite relieved now that we have cleared the fees and we are now free to focus on other projects.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I had started to plaster my house that was made of mud months ago to make it more durable and presentable. I have not yet completed it due to financial difficulties and other emergencies that have come up in the recent past and my biggest goal is to complete it before the project is over.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I do not have a stable source of income which makes it so hard for me to properly provide for my family. I depend on house construction jobs which pay very little and mostly unavailable n this area because we live in a village setting where most people don't construct permanent houses. The transfers have however ensured that my family's needs are well taken care of even on such days that I do not have any income at all for several days. This is quite different fro before when the only option we had during such time was to borrow or go hungry. I am so grateful to Give Directly.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have completed the plastering of my house in the next six months so that I can focus on other projects which I have always been longing to do such as saving for decent seats. This project has been dragging for way too long because of the financial difficulties that I have experienced these past few months with very little income from my masonry job which left me with no choice but to spend most of my transfers on household requirements. I hope to be living in a plastered, beautiful house within the next six months.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from the way it as four months ago in that I have been able to purchase enough seats for the family. Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
For the next four months of my life, I have an additional goal of rearing pigs. This is because pigs mature and gives birth so fast thus I'll be able to get extra pigs which I'll sell to raise money for my children's school fee.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfers is that I have been able to meet the family needs with a lot of comforts. This wouldn't have been the case if it wasn't for GD because I rely on casual work which is normally available during the rainy season. Without GD, it would have been challenging to meet the needs with the current drought because there is no work available currently.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect to have started rearing pigs and God willing by then they will have given birth. This will give me the hopes of raising my children's school with a lot of comforts.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I completed building my kitchen with the transfer. Previously, I had a temporary shed and whenever it rains I had to buy charcoal which was expensive because there was no option but to cook inside the house. This was expensive because I could add an extra coin to carter for charcoal. Today, I feel relieved because I don't worry whenever it rains since I can easily use firewood in my well built kitchen.
