What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to take care of the education needs of my children so that they can keep in school and have a brighrer future.
I will also complete the construction of my house using these same money. At the time of construction, I did not have enough money to fully work on it so I decided to stop work and first attend to other aspects of my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the noon time when I have been able to provide food for my family. Children don't have to move from home to home in serch of food.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to adequately provide the needs of my household. I have children at higher levels of education, daily feeding of my household, paying off medical bills and any other needs of afamily are my responsibility but there is no money to do all these. Sometimes my children have had to stay back home until I get the money to pay their school fees which makes them miss a lot in class. I try to sell off some of my agricultural harvest sometimes but this is not satisfactory the fact that I am just a subsistance farmer.
