How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is has changed because I have paid off the debt which was stressing me and I'm planning to start building my permanent house in December after I have secured money for labour. Before these cash transfers, I could not pay off the debt and I'm still sleeping in grass thatched house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well by giving me money for buying building materials and off setting the debt I had. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought building materials ( iron sheets and 15 bags of cement) and paid a debt.

Recieving this money means that I shall use it for building ironroofed house.

The happiest part of the day is evening hours when Iam chatting with my spouse. I smile and make fun with him.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of enough money to enable expand my business. I do sell cassava tubers in the markets of Bukedea, Aloet and kachumbala.
