How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to buy a land and build a house for future remembrance of GiveDirectly and the good work they are doing for us, the house I am staying in now belongs to my father, that is why I am hoping to have my own place for my children's future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well by helping us without any staring being attached to it, they are kind and patient with us during interviews, their program is straight and fair to me, I don't have anything wrong to say about GiveDirectly, they are doing everything well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not withdraw my recent transfer yet but I want to use it to paid my siblings and I school fees, I will use the remaining amount to set up a little business that will keep supporting me in school.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I saw the money in my phone I was happy because I never knew where to take money from for my children school fees to get back to school this year
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
In time past,we were depending on cassava sales when school closed to get ourselves back to school the fellowing school year. I thank God for Givedirect for the assistance given this time that I am not going through the old way of getting money to get back to school

The money was used to settled my going to school and my brothers and sisters school fees as well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I intend to establish a business of my own and that the remaining go towards tuition fees for me and my son.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past six months what have brought me happiness is when my fiance provide me comfort especially when I'm feeling depressed about the tough times in my life. He cheers me up by encouraging me that God is looking out for us.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
One of the major challenges in my life right now is how to fend food for me and my son. At times, we barely have it to eat. We go days to bed on empty stomach. Secondly, we both doesn't have clothes. I only depending on casual labor to fend for me and my son.
