Before receiving payment from GiveDirectly, I have been desiring to built my own house that had been my goal. But I couldn't afford the money because, what I earned as a petite trader was never enough to built a house. Presently, I am squatting in a friend's house with my four children. And the house is in a very deployable condition, with leaking roof and a wall that is falling apart. Interestingly, with all my transfers, I have decided to built a new and decent house. The only thing that I can say to GiveDirectly is thank you very very much for making me feel better than ever.

I am now a happy person, because for the passed years, my family have been squatting in a friend's house that has limited space to accommodate my entire family.
