What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money will help me to buy motorcycle and a piece of land. I live with my wife and my 1 year old son. Together we live on at my wife's village were we build a house. I have a piece of land which we farm and based on rains we sometimes harvest 15 to 20 bags. Mostly those bags are used for consumption and at times we use part of the maize to pay for people working in our farm land. Also we sale part of the maize to buy fertilizer for the next farming season. I am primary school teacher by professional. My monthly salary is K100000 ($95). Mostly I used the money to buy household items such as food, clothes and other basic needs. I have no savings. I will use the money to buy motorcycle that will be used for my household. In additional I will buy a piece of land that will be used for farming.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy in the evening because that's the time I rest from that days work and be with my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship was lack of school fees. I lost my father when I was still in primary school. I was raised by a single parent which was difficult for her to provide to us and at the same time to be a parent. If my father was a live, I would have been a doctor by now.
