I spent almost all my second transfer on buying building materials such as iron sheets and timber which I am yet to use to build another house as the current one is small and in a poor condition, I spent what I had left on food.

The biggest difference in my daily life is having all the building materials ready to finally have my desired house thanks to the transfer.
