How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I the upcoming year I will like to complete my house and buy new motorbike which will enable me run traffic and sustain my family and I.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is greatly changing the lives of us by giving us free transfer that we did not work for and through their program some of us are becoming useful in the society.

I spent portion of my third transfer to saw my planks that I will use to build myself a house, I also use portion of it to make gasoline business and use the balance one to buy food for my family and I and for the workers.

When I received my first transfer I was feeling happy because this money will help me to start a new business.

The biggest difference in my life is that this money is helping me to start new business that I will generate income from even when GiveDirectly is gone.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am a motorcyclist, I run traffic to be able to provide for my house. My present house is in bad condition and I want to change it. Once I get this money, I want to build a new house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The stable health conditions of my family makes my happy all the time.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Finding food for my family is our greatest challenge here.
