Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My life has changed as I can now be able to afford food for me and my family. Since fertilizer has been a scarce commodity due to lack of money, I feel very optimistic that am now going to harvest more.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have never owned a good house before and this no at has given me a chance to construct one. Hence I have recently been buying materials such as Iron sheets, cement, wood and other smaller materials. The other has been kept to allow the rainy season to pass first before buying extra materials. I have also been able to buy maize as well as fetilizer for my garden. The maize will abale me to have food whilst waiting for the harvest season in March-April.
