Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I majorly rely on farming to sustain my family's needs. In the next four months, the new goal I have for my life is to invest more in farming. I am planning to extend the lease in the current farm I am cultivating for another one year. I believe more farm products will, in turn, give us enough food and surpluses for sale to meet other family needs and investing in other income-generating activities.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I majorly depend on farming to earn a living to support my family. I used to invest the little I earned from casual jobs and borrowing from my relatives in farming which made my returns small after paying back the debts. This demoralized me a lot but I couldn't do anything to due to scarce resources. In the last four months, the biggest difference in my life is the best harvest I have ever recorded that I recently got after investing my transfer in farming. I took some amount to lease a piece of land and to buy farm inputs that recently gave 32 bags of 92kgs each. I am so happy to have this yield preparing to sell them to have money to improve my family and some for my children's education. In addition, I have been able to provide my family with enough food for the next harvesting season. I earn an extra income that has enabled me to meet my daily household needs with ease.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life in the next six months to have greatly changed. I expect to have invested more in farming thus will engage more in my piece of land than on hard and low paying casual jobs I currently do. I expect good crops on the farm thus will be hopeful of having a better harvest which translates to enough food in our family and surpluses to sell to meet other needs.

The biggest hardhip that i have face in my life is that I have always wanted to start a saloon business. I have not been able to find capital and this has been a constant source of stress in my life. I thank Givedirectly because they will give me a source of capital for my business.

I am currently plaiting hair for people in my neighborhood. This has been a constant source of income for me. I consider this as my greatest achievement.
