How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I built my house since 2017,But it has been incomplete due to lack of finance. I could not buy cement and hire people to plaster it. When my name got enrolled on GiveDirectly Cash transferred program I set a new goal to plaster and complete the casting of the floor. When GiveDirectly sent my first transferred I bought ten bags of cement to begin the process. My goal of completing my house will be achieved.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In My opinion GiveDirectly should continue to give financial assistance to the poor. GiveDirectly should not give money to third party for it to be distributed.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I built my house since 2017,But it has been incomplete due to lack of finance. When I received my most recent transferred I used it to purchased 10 bags of cement costing 2,600LD each to complete the plastering process. Also I hired contractors to start the plastering process.
