How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goals, because I already had a goal before receiving the transfer, so I decided to continue with my old, which is to buy my building materials so I can start my building project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly can help people with money, for them to send their children school, build house and to also do business. GiveDirectly does not ask or receive food nor water or anything from people.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
What I am planning to do with my money, is for me to buy my building materials so I can start my building project. So that my family and I can have a good living place. Because it been my plan to build a decent house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I suffered a lot from farming work and I wish not to see my children suffer like me.I not educated; so all I do for living is to plow the soil for living. If I get this money I will stand on it to do business and educate my children with the profit and start a house building project.I live all my life in this town; this is where I was born, living in thatch house is a difficult thing. When the rain season comes it can't be easy for us. I am tired of this life and want to build a house with zinc roof. This is my plan and as soon the money land I will start build and business to keep my family up.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I was happy in the Christmas week, because I never had money to buy food for the family after buying clothes for the kids to be happy on that day. To my out most suprise;my sister sent me 3000 dollars for my Christmas, that brought so much joy to me. Another thing is this NGO that you called Give Directly give me a very good news today and I so excited that all my plans is work up.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband is not working;. Since I got married farming is what we do for living. My husband and I build this little mud house with thatches roof, in it we give birth to our children. The house is old and when rain comes we have to place things around. I want to build but no money. I have looked for money, but can't get enough of it to carry out my plans. I sure that getting share of this money will get me to cover the challenges I am faced with. I build, do business and educate my children.
