Yes i have goals that i didn't have before getting enrolled in the programme for example I'm buying house building materials like ironsheet, bricks and Timba,i also bought a few blankets and food, i know i wouldn't have managed to buy all this if not for this programme so I'm really grateful.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so excited when I received my transfer. The moment I received my transfer, I was so happy such that I went out to buy meat and eat with my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
So much has changed. I now have enough food than before because of the 3 bags of maize I bought. I also have a very nice sleeping place. I have never slept on a mattress but thanks to GD for this. My children are also looking nice in clothes I bought them.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my first transfer to buy 20 iron sheets. I am planning to build a house when I received my second transfer. I also bought a mattress and some beddings such as bed sheets and blankets. I was also struggling with hunger and I bought 3 bags of maize for food processing. I also bought clothes for my children and myself. I also bought school uniforms.
