What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I purchased used pit saw machine for commercial sawing. Therefore, when I received my recent transfer, I purchased some spare parts for my machine.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done extremely well for us through her un conditonal cash transfer. Through this, most of us have been able to change our living conditions.We are in the position of constructing houses of our own and also support our children in school.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal has been to establish a business and my plan remains the same. There is no new goal since I received my last transfer.

What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was comfortably able to paid my daughter school fees who is now in University with out going through stress to paid her fees. I was also able to buy a motorcycle that help me with my transportation issue. Thanks to the entire Give Directly family for the transfer that will enable me push my daughter more through her University study.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I want to take this time to say a very big thanks to Give Directly for services rendered us during the entire enrollment process. You was very transparent during the process and your jobs were done excellently.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Daniel, before GD came, I planned to support my daughter through University after her graduation from high school, but could not be realized due to lock of funding. I bought one old power saw to do plank business, but business didn't materialize. She been seating since her graduation from the high school. But when I got enrolled as a recipient on the GD program and received my first transfer. With the first transfer that I received, I was able to registered my daughter in the university and I am a proud father now.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The main challenges are my children's school fees. I have three children in high school and the other two children in elementary. Looking at the economic crisis in our country, it makes it difficult for me because I'm just a farmer.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What really made me happy is when i harvested my rice . Now that i have food to feed my family, i am happy.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
When i receive the first transfer i will send my oldest daughter to the University. I will use the next transfer to expand my coco farm and my last two transfers will be use to settle my children's school fees and increase my wife's business.
