How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
In my community, most people used to live in grass thatched houses. We had no money to fix them. Since receiving this transfer my village has been transformed. Most of us now live in sturdy, well built, iron sheet roofed houses.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
By giving us money directly, Give Directly does really well and has changed our lives.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my transfer on fertlizer, cement, iron sheets, food and using it to build my house
