Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have settled all the debts that I had incurred after the death of my child. I am now having a peace of mind which is enabling me to recover with ease. Before getting this transfer, I didn't have hope to settle the debts soon because most of the assets I had were sold to pay my child's medical expenses. In addition, I have acquired a solar that provides light at night that has relieved me from the burden of buying dry cells for the torch weekly.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer, I was relieved from the debt pressure I had because I had got the money to pay off the debts that I incurred after the death of my child.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to pay off debts that I incurred when I lost my child, paid my children's school fees and medical bills. I also bought a mattress, a blanket, 2 chairs, clothes, a solar, 2 goats, a radio and I have saved UGX 500,000 that I intend to use for acquiring a cow.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
It's going to be great joy for me to be enrolled into this program. The transfers will help me achieve my desires as a family. When I receive this money, I will buy oxen for ploughing. My family used to have oxen but we sold them for treating our son who was very sick. The balance of the Money will be used for paying fees for my children. With better education, I believe that my children will be able to support themselves and take on good employment opportunities.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is morning. Whenever I wake-up healthy and strong to take up my daily work, I am happy. For that matter, I am always happy in the morning.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of oxen for ploughing the gardens. Whenever it's a rainy season, my family has to hire oxen for ploughing. They are expensive and we are given after the owners have finished to plough their gardens. This affects my yearly harvest because by the time I am given the oxen, the rains would have reduced.
