How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
This transfer has greatly changed my life because I was able to build a permanent house. In the past, due to the severe poverty I experienced; I wasn't able to build one. In addition, the thatched house I live in used to leak whenever it rained hence making such nights unbearable since I had to stand all night as long as it rained.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
According to me, GiveDirectly has done well in bringing development in my life by giving me the money that built a permanent house. Nothing bad has been done by GiveDirectly so far.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my second transfer to buy construction materials such as iron sheets, timber, nails, metal wires and for paying the builders.
