What did you spend your third transfer on?
I had adopted a bright, but a poor orphan who had passed his examination with flying colors and had been invited to join a local university, unfortunately, I never had money that I would use to budget for him and clear some part of the accommodation and tuition fees hence he was just hopelessly staying with me at home, but when Give Directly sent me the third transfer, I paid the fees and he managed to start his university education.
