How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before GiveDirectly came to help us, my goals were to pay my children's school fees for this school year, to buy land, and to also improve the house that I am staying in presently; all of these goals have come to pass except to improve the house I am staying in which I am currently working to achieve. My new goal is to build a house in the city where I purchased the land at the beginning of this program and I know that I can achieve it with the help of GiveDirectly transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well by being fair and truthful to us, the program is straight and reliable which I have not seen since I was born in this country, they are kind and patient with recipients during interviews, I don't know anything that GiveDirectly is not doing well, in my opinion, all is well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I want to use my most recent transfer to pay a debt that I have been owing for some time now, I will also use some of it to complete the house improvement process that I am undertaking, the remaining amount will be used to buy food for my family.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I'm Momo Coleman from Beh town Dowein District Bomi County.
I was very happy when I received my cash transfer on my phone because I was watried over the means to pay my son school fees and to start business.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
What I plan to do with my cash transfer is, to invest into planks and sticks business upon receiving this cash, reason being, this type of business really make fast money on this side, because we have lot of people who're carrying on building projects; and with this business operation I will be able to generate profits in other to help myself and that of my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What brought me happiness in the last six months, and even up to now is that I have life in me, I'm not sick, every morning when I wake up in strength to carry on my hustle I feel so happy, and I appreciate the Lord for such a blessing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Those challenges I'm currently faced with are: firstly, the lack of money, since I and my spouse got divorced, I've been single handedly handling things, I am currently supporting nine children; the bush work is so hard and makes me to just earn a little which isn't sufficient to support everyone of them in school. Secondly, bringing woman home is another challenge I'm currently faced with, in the sense that, I have to get things in other, like having a good source of income, and finding a suitable wife.
