Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Prior to receiving this transfer, I had a great challenge of cultivating my farm land we were using hand tools(hoes) that couldn't clear a large piece of land. When I recieved money from GiveDirectly, I was in position to acquire an ox that is going to help me plough a larger piece of land and in so doing resulting to increased crop production which will meet my family's demand. Secondly, I had no proper beddings and my children were sleeping on the mat but this transfer made it possible for me to acquire a blanket and two mattress that have given me a piece of mind because I was a laughing stock in my neighbourhood given the state of my house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I became very happy because I had got money for acquiring an ox and house hold items.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to purchase an ox, a goat, 2 mattresses, a blanket, clothes, foodstuffs and paid school fees.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I will spend for building iron-roofed house. My family stays in a house with very weak wall hence may fall on them any time. Once I build a better house their safety will be guaranteed.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest moments is always morning hours since it's a time the children help me do garden work. We work on large scale as compared with when Iam a lone.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of money for educating my children. My son studying in Primary seven and may not pass well since he spends most time at home than school due to fees. This is going to affect his future life and may end up getting wasted.
