How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed alot because the cash transfers enabled me to construct a fully completed two roomed iron roofed house. I sleep in a comfortable house and I nolonger worry about searching for grass as it was in the past. In addition, the cash transfers enabled me to treat myself. I had developed a rare skin condition which affected my left leg. I could not walk or stand on my own without any support. I am grateful that the cash transfers saved my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to send people cash transfers that have transformed the community. Many children are now studying in better schools as a result of the cash transfers. I have no sighting of what GiveDirectly has not done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on completing the construction of my two roomed iron roofed house and a portion of it was also spent on my medical bills.
