I was so happy when I received my transfer. I have never had such amount of money in all my life.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
It feels great to be part of this. My life has changed for the better. I didn't have enough food but because of the transfer, I am secured. I also have managed to buy iron sheets which I couldn't have managed to buy on my own.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Iron sheets 20 Ridge Mattress Blacke 2 Saved misoma When I received my transfer, I chose to focus on finalising my house by improving the roof. So I have bought 20 iron sheets, a ridge and nails. I also bought some beddings such as 2 blankets and a mattress. I have also saved part of my money so that I can pay a builder and a carpenter. I will also use part of it in buying food and my daily basic needs such as relish and soap.
