How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Many thanks to givedirectly for their support to was my family and me. I am so happy that I was enrolled on givedirectly program. Before then I used to watched clothes for people in my village before getting money to feed my family, my two children where all out of school due to low income. I am so happy that my life has changed. Upon receiving the money I am now improving the old house I was living in before getting on givedirectly program.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion givedirectly did very well in my life and that of my village. With givedirectly support I was able to buy my motorbike for traffic. There are so many New houses with in my village that I am proud of today. Givedirectly has done everything well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was able to spend some money to my son in Monrovia for school fees. I also bought one bundle of zinc to improve my leaking roof.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When we are successful to receive support from Givedirectly, we going to build our own house and establish small business that will help us to maintain our family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past six months, the only joy is seeing us together as family and going to bed and waking up in our sound minds. But one thing that actually got us little bit happy is when we heard about Givedirectly in our district and providing support to family members.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
One of our major and serious challenge is support/money. Most of the times, my husband ride people motorbike on a daily basis to support our family. When his friend refuses to allow him ride their bike, meaning there's going to be no feeling for that day.
