What does receiving this money mean to you?
A good house has been our desire and since we have a big house which needs just renovating, this money has come at the right time. We look forward to fix door frames, window frames, floor and paint the house. The other money will go towards buying cooling utensils and other home appliances which we have been lacking such as solar panels among others since there is no electricity connection this side of the village.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Happiest part of my day is in the morning. I am always energetic to prepare breakfast for my husband when he is going to look for piece works and my children when they are going to school.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Food insecurity is always a problem for us. We struggle to raise enough to buy food which will be adequate for us even for the whole week. We always depend on small piece works which just enable us to afford food for that day.
