What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is economic hardship. As a small scale farmer, getting enough income out of my farm that can sustain my family needs generally becomes so hard because of the large family that depend on me."
What is the happiest part of your day?
" The happiest part of my day is day time. This is the time i normally get more customers who normally come to buy farm output from me, therefore to me more customers means more income and that is my joy as a farmer."
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
"I am planning to spend my transfer on agribusiness, preferably dairy cow. This will enable me to have milk for sell and money received i will use to pay school fees for my children".
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
"As a small scale farmer with poultry keeping skills, i have trained the upcoming local farmers on the same up to a level at which they can now supply the local hotels with chickens and get income on their own. I am proud of that because the community is now empowered economically".
