How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I want to keep living a good life with my grandchildren. This dream will only be achieved if I am able to fix my house so my grandchildren can have a good place to sleep.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I have never handled such a huge amount of money in my entire life as compared to the one GiveDirectly have given me. GiveDirectly is doing good by giving me money without paying it back so I can help myself.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used some of the money received from GiveDirectly to buy building materials inorder to build my house. The balance money was used to seek medical treatment from an accident I had while on my way to Buchanan.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
"Before GiveDirectly transfer, I had the dream to a new house for my ageing mother due to her health issue. But this planned was very hard to achieved due to lack of money. Therefore since I got on this program I have decided to used this opportunity to fulfill my dream and that of my Mother. On that note I have using my transfers including my recent transfer and buying some building materials for the project."
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Words are inadequate to express how grateful and excited I am being a part of this unique program brought to us the needy by GiveDirectly. They are have brought so much relieved and joyed to us as family and our hopes and dreams are coming to reality. Many thanks to GiveDirectly for changing our lives tremendously. For this reason I have not seen anything that GiveDirectly is not doing quite well.

"After receiving my recent transfer with my planned goal to built my Mother a new house, I used a portion of the money and bought additional two bundles of zinc for the project. Furthermore the remaining money was spend to saw the planks needed for the house."

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal for my recent transfer is for me to improve my house with new roof by removing the thatch and replacing it with Zinc.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In mind GiveDirectly is doing well for me because they are helping me with money to improve my house by removing the thatch and replacing it with Zinc and I also bought Mattress to sleep on. As for me I have not seeing anything that GiveDirectly did not do well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"My mother is old and seriously sick, the house that I am currently living in is also not in good condition. When I receive the transfer from GiveDirectly, I will use portion of it to carry my sick mother to the hospital and the remaining money will be use to renovate my house".

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The major challenge I am facing currently is getting better shelter. Even though I am a farmer but the proceeds from the farm is not enough to recondition my house".
