What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will help me develop my life. This money will buy me a bed, build a house and buy better utensils. All these have been very hard for me because the only source of income is the lake, my husband goes to lake to do fishing for other people who h pays very less.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last 6 months, the thing that brought me joy was in March during harvesting. This brought joy because I was sure that my family was covered in terms of food for a few months.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently, the biggest challenge that I am facing if hunger. At the moment, we buy maize flour on a daily basis because the maize from last season is finished. As a household we are facing this challenge because our land is small, it is just an acre which is not enough and we also cannot afford fertilizer so we harvest very little.
