How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
When the rains return I will be able to plough unlike before when I never had oxen for farming. My life is different because I can plough on time therefore I believe I will be able to produce enough harvest that can sustain my household's welbeing.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly helped me with transfer have enabled me buy livestock which I'm using for cultivation. Previously I have been suffering when it comes to ploughing and I could not yield enough harvest. Everything went on well according to me.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I haven't spent my transfer yet but I'm planning to pay the debt my spouse acquired. The remaining money I will use it to buy livestock.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that now I have two bulls which help in ploughing our gardens during cultivation season hence my family will not sleep hungry since we do our cultivation on time.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I became very happy when I saw the MOMO massage.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy a bull at 1,130,000ugx, a goat at 150,000ugx ,a mattress at 120,000ugx, bed sheets at 35,000ugx, saucepans at 55,000ugx, paid school fees which costed 45,000ugx. The balance of 165,000ugx is what I'm using to cater for household necessities.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to buy oxen. The oxen will help in timely ploughing of gardens to plant crops thus improving on quantity and quality of crop yields.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is afternoon while Iam chatting interesting stories with neighbours.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is lack of enough money for buying oxen and household items.
